Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change without prior notice.

Sky Bazar BD reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel any order due to stock issues or system errors.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after verification via phone/SMS/email.
Payment methods include: Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards.
Refunds for failed or canceled transactions will be processed within 7–10 working days.
All payments are subject to verification and approval.
5. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines vary:
Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days
Customers must inspect the product at delivery. Once accepted, Sky Bazar BD is not responsible for later-reported damages or defects.
Delivery charges may apply depending on product size, weight, and location.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns must comply with our Return & Refund Policy.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items include perishable goods, hygiene products, digital products, and customized items.
Refunds and exchanges are only processed after inspection and approval by Sky Bazar BD.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible; customers may request a return after delivery.
